It all started with the kitchen. I have always enjoyed experimenting with ingredients and recipes. It's been like that since I was young.
These incessant desires to create, taste and enjoy.
A few years ago, I bought my very first silicone molds and that's when it all started.
I have studied from many available sources to understand chocolate and how to work with it. After many challenges, I got to the point where I made the decision to start the project: "Chocolat comme ça!", to create pralines with explosive tastes and colors with quality ingredients.
